Science Club Mission and Goals

Our mission is to inspire middle school youth to reach their full potential in science by providing them with access to exciting, authentic, hands-on laboratory activities, enthusiastic science mentors, and a supportive environment that encourages their intellectual development.

Goals

1. Engage youth in the challenge, wonder, and promise of biomedical science
2. Serve as role models and mentors for youth
3. Provide opportunities for Northwestern undergraduate and graduate students to share their passion for science with the community and broadly promote science outreach
4. Respond to the needs of local schools and community organizations in the area of science education
