Genomics Core Acquires New Genotyping System
The Genomics Core Facility at the Center for Genetic Medicine is pleased to announce the acquisition of a TaqMan OpenArray Genotyping System. It will allow the facility to offer both low and medium density SNP analysis services at a much lower price. |

Mouse Genetics Group Hosts Second Annual Poster Competition
The Center for Genetic Medicine’s Mouse Genetics Group hosted its second annual spring meeting and poster competition in May, featuring twenty-one research posters from Northwestern students, postdocs, and faculty, and a keynote presentation from Susan Dymecki, associate professor of genetics at Harvard Medical School. |

CGM Staffer Wins Service Award
When the new Northwestern financial system “Project Café” went live in December, Sandra Look, CGM financial assistant, went above and beyond to help the center adjust. She was recently recognized for her exemplary performance in March with an additional pay award from the University. |
