The Genomics Core Facility is pleased to announce the addition of the TaqMan OpenArray Genotyping System from Applied Biosystems.
Join us for a seminar and Q&A about the new system with Brett Fritz, application sales consultant with Genotyping Applied Biosystems, a part of Life Technologies. Refreshments will follow.
TaqMan OpenArray Genotyping System features include:
- PCR-based SNP analysis of hundreds to thousands of samples and candidate SNPs
- Reliable automated loading fills each 33 nanoliter through-hole
- Enables analysis of between 16 – 256 SNPs and between 12 – 144 samples per OpenArray™ slide.
