Sequencing

The Genomics Core Facility at Northwestern University offers many sequencing services to meet your needs.

Our facility can accommodate high throughput sequencing projects using the SOLiD System from Applied Biosystems, a "highly accurate, massively parallel genomic analysis platform that supports a wide range of applications."

The Core also offers traditional sequencing services using an ABI 3730 High-Throughput DNA Sequencer, and accepts samples that require full service as well as those that are ready to run.
